What on earth was I thinking bringing home another puppy?? It's all Karin Fischer (Anua Alaskan Malamutes) fault! She brought together two dogs (and pedigrees) that I positively adore: her lovely moving-machine Bess (CH Anua's I'm the Bess! - RWB at the 2021 Gettysburg National Specialty) and the handsome Kenai (CH Adair'N'Hug Katabatic When You Wish Upon A Star RI CGC TKA, bred by Kat Copley-Holland and Joe and Robin Hug, owned by Jo Ann Evans). When Karin first started discussing going this direction, my immediate thought was: 'well damn… I'm going to be in trouble if those pups are as nice as I suspect they'll be!' And trouble, I was in! Because the litter was absolutely stunning! I'm so grateful to Karin for yet again entrusting me with such a gorgeous puppy!
Chiron (pronounced: kai-ron) is sharp as a tack - sweet, a fast learner, feisty when he's in his element, and must be touching me at all times (he'll grab his favorite toy then plop into my lap with it). His movement is positively stunning, and he loves wrestling with honorary brother Trajan.
